Working with Brett Nobile was seamless. We walked into his shop to pick up Kombucha and it turned into a conversation about what it would look and feel like to bring his space to life through The Conscious Table experience.
Brett, started as a science teacher and while he loved those years, he saw an opportunity to apply his knowledge of biology and chemistry to the world of kombucha. Located in Northside, this unique brewhouse offers an alternative way to gather. Cheers to Brett and his team for becoming the first commercial kombucha company in Richmond, VA!! We loved our collaboration and can’t wait to go back.
